Connect cTrader

Authorise TradingNote from cTrader and pick which accounts to bring over. Nothing to install.

cTrader connects through direct authorisation (OAuth): you log in on the official cTrader site and grant TradingNote permission to read your accounts. You install nothing and you never type your password into TradingNote.

You type your password on cTrader, never on TradingNote. We only receive a permission you can revoke at any time from your cTrader account.

Before you start

  • Your cTrader ID username and password (the same one you use to log into the platform).

Step by step

  1. 1In TradingNote, go to Accounts and click New account. Choose cTrader.
  2. 2We take you to the official cTrader page. Log in there with your cTrader ID.
  3. 3cTrader asks whether you authorise TradingNote. Accept.
  4. 4You return to TradingNote and your accounts appear. Tick the ones you want and save.
