By using TradingNote Journal you accept these terms. Read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Company Identification
This platform is operated by The Trading API, a company legally incorporated in Colombia, which operates under the TradingNote brand.
2. Purpose
TradingNote is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for keeping detailed trading operation records, with statistical metrics, custom dashboards and analysis tools.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using TradingNote, the user declares having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. Registration and User Account
An account with truthful information is required. The user is responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality. The Company may suspend accounts for misuse.
5. Plans and Payments
Monthly or annual subscription. Payments via PayPal or other enabled methods. No refunds for billed periods. The Company may modify prices with prior notice.
6. Platform Usage
Use exclusively for lawful purposes. Prohibited: fraudulent activities, unauthorized transfer, accessing other accounts, data scraping.
7. Intellectual Property
All software and content is property of The Trading API. The user retains ownership of their trading data registered on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
TradingNote is an analysis and recording tool. It is not a financial entity or investment advisor. The user is responsible for their trading decisions.
9. Technical Support
Support via email and official channels. Response times depend on complexity and subscription plan. Contact: hola@tradingnote.co
10. Modifications to Terms
The Company may modify these terms by notifying with at least 15 days advance notice.
11. Legislation and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes resolved before courts of Bogota, D.C.
